The 150 year old cottage is very cozy. It combines many traditional elements with modern interiors. The cottage has a kitchen with a fireplace, a living room and 3 bedrooms and space for up to 6 people. Right in front of the cottage the Atlantic Ocean extends and you have beautiful views. Surrounded by beautiful nature, this is a gerat place to relax.

Just 10 minutes away by car from Clonakilty in County Cork this traditional cottage is located in the village of Ring. The journey to the house is already terrific. You drive from Clonakilty along the Atlantic coast through picturesque bays and enjoy a breathtaking view of Inchydoney Beach. Clonakilty is a lively, pretty little town, which is very authentic. There are many pubs with live music of all different sorts. 15 minutes away by car is Inchydoney Beach - the number 1 of all Irish beaches. Here you can swim and surf or just go for a walk and afterwards enjoy a fish soup in the spa hotel. Within walking distance from the cottage are small coves. Enjoy the tranquility of nature!

The Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven and hobs, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, pots and pans. If you would like to do some laundry a washing machine with intergrated dryer is there as well as a drying rack, iron and iron board. In the kitchen you will also find a fire place. In the separate living room there is a TV with local TV stations as well as DVD player with a small DVD collection and some books. Upstairs there are the 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms - one with a shower, one with a bathtub (ensuite). In the master bedroom you will find a double bed and in the 2 smaller bedrooms the beds can be used either as single or double.

On the N71 you reach Clonakilty. Coming from Cork/Bandon take the first exit on the first roundabout onto OLD TIMOLEAGUE RD. Coming from Skibbereen, take the third exit at the last roundabout before leaving the village. At the roundabout there is a SuperValu store. From here it is 5.5 km and 10 minutes. Stay on the OLD TIMOLEAGUE ROAD until you enter Ring. On the right hand side there is a ruin. Immediately after the ruin, turn right over a small bridge and follow the road. After about 1 km you come to a T-junction. Left hand Ballinglana is signposted but you turn right and continue following the course of the road. The white little cottage is 1.1 km away next to a large farm directly on the main road. The EIRCODE is: P85 KT95.
